Senior Business Development Manager - Commerce The candidate will be responsible for supporting commerce initiatives by building new partner relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and ensuring best-in-class project execution. Will focus on strategic relationships with a wide array of game developer and publisher partners, distribution platforms, and major content players. Report to the Senior Director of Business Development. Pilot new initiatives and business agreements with game publishers. Support in all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of partners, strategic and product assessment, transaction structuring and negotiation. Plan approaches and pitches that speak to client's needs, concerns, and objectives. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. Collaborate with other Twitch departments to ensure best-in-class project execution. Present to and consult with senior level Commerce management to help drive the business forward. J.D. degree or MBA preferred. Must have 5+ years of relevant business development experience, with tech companies. True understanding of the company platform is needed. Should have experience crafting deals as well as understanding of legal agreements.
