Associate Attorney/Of Counsel The candidate will handle significant client contact. Will be involved in: healthcare licensing and enrollment; drafting of various healthcare-related agreements (billing, management, physician services, etc.); providing regulatory compliance advice; drafting various business agreements (operating agreements, etc.); participation in the firm s mergers and acquisitions/dispositions practice; participation in the firm s securities practice (private placement and disclosure documents); entity formation/planning; business planning and general corporate. Any candidate should have a strong interest in a practice dominated by healthcare clients. The candidate must have practiced in one or more of the following areas for 1+ year: Transactional business law (mergers and acquisitions/dispositions, securities, tax or other business transactions). Must have developed exceptional drafting, writing, analytical, research and project management skills. Furthermore, the ideal candidate would be able to contribute immediately in the following two areas: (1) entry/junior level licensing and enrollment, and (2) entry/junior level mergers and acquisitions and contract drafting for healthcare clients.
