Fellowship Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Facilitating restorative Family Group Conferences for youth referred for school discipline, truancy, juvenile diversion, family engagement support, or other; Engaging in advocacy for the advancement of restorative practices; Presenting restorative practices trainings to interested community partners; Representing the LRC on community task forces, coalitions, etc.; Conducting legal rights trainings for youth, and professionals working with youth; Presenting juvenile justice trainings to interested community groups; Providing holistic criminal defense of juvenile clients; Other related tasks. Minnesota licensed attorney with background in criminal and/or juvenile law (or if not licensed in Minnesota, be eligible for admission by reciprocity or planning to take the next Minnesota bar exam) is essential. Should have experience facilitating conferences, meetings, or equivalent. Application Deadline: June 22, 2017.
