ProfileLitigation Fellow, Summer 2018 The Fellowship Program offers a strong educational component supported by practical learning opportunities. Fellows work hand-in-hand with attorneys. A specialized litigation curriculum will help bridge the gap between academic and experiential learning. Fellows will work on client matters and projects, and will gain practical experience by attending depositions, court appearances, and client meetings. Substantive educational programs include: e-Discovery, Class Action, Trade Secrets, Legal Writing, Ethics, and Law Firm Governance and Economics. Should have completed 2nd year of law school (expected JD - May 2019). Demonstrated academic achievement at the law school level is needed. Should have completed a course in litigation law or shown a demonstrated interest in the area (e.g., law review article, certificate program, work experience, or other activities). A strong desire to develop a litigation practice upon graduation is needed.
