In House Conflicts Attorney The candidate should have 4+ years of BIGLAW experience and top credentials. The candidate will review conflicts reports and assist with the identification and clearance of potential conflicts of interest in connection with new business intake as well as conflicts that arise with respect to the hiring of partners, associates and non-lawyer staff. Will review conflicts reports for lateral attorneys and non-lawyer staff and clear potential conflicts of interest and identify insurmountable conflicts of interest. Perform the initial review of conflicts reports requested by partners or associates, for new work or new parties in existing work and identify potential conflict of interest issues and assist lawyers in drafting and obtaining any necessary waivers and draft and implement ethical screens. Should be familiar with legal, business and the ethical implications of actual and potential conflicts.
