Substantive educational programs include: Wage and Hour Litigation, Legal Writing, Class and Collective Actions, Ethics, Traditional Labor, and Law Firm Governance and Economics. Must have completed 2nd year of law school (expected JD - May 2019). Demonstrated academic achievement at the law school level is required. Should have completed a course in labor and employment law or shown a demonstrated interest in the area (e.g., law review article, certificate program, work experience, or other activities).
