2L Diversity Fellowship Program Fellows must: (1) be enrolled and in good standing as a second-year law student (JD Degree) at an ABA accredited law school and/or be a joint-degree student at an ABA-accredited law school that will graduate from both programs in 2019; (2) have a demonstrated record of academic achievement; (3) demonstrate that he or she will contribute meaningfully, as a result of background, personal attributes or characteristics, to the diversity goals; (4) receive an offer to join the summer program in one of our domestic offices; (5) have a sincere interest and commitment to private practice; and (6) be likely to practice after graduation at one of Kirkland’s offices. Must participate in the Summer Associate Program in one of domestic offices. Splitting between two offices may be permitted upon approval of the two offices’ Recruiting Chairs. Interviews: on-campus interviews
