Tobacco Litigation and Enforcement Attorney The candidate will enforce the terms of the Master Settlement Agreement ("MSA") entered into between tobacco companies and 46 states, including organization. Will ensure compliance with organization's statutes and regulations and will be tasked with litigating against entities that fail to comply. Will coordinate with tobacco units in other states. Will act as legal counsel to a variety of State Agencies and Departments. Prior litigation and/or regulatory experience is required. 2-5 years of experience is preferred.
