Associate Attorney The Candidate must have JD Degree. 2+ years’ experience as an attorney with demonstrated competence. Experience in mortgage loan servicing, residential real estate transactions, mortgage banking, foreclosure, and bankruptcy law are a plus. 2 years of experience with a focus on foreclosure or residential real estate practice and procedures. Should have strong writing skills; analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills along with a working knowledge of Pennsylvania court rules. 1+ years’ experience in Real Estate, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or Title Law preferred. Must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Should have advanced computer skills and be able to learn new systems with ease. Ability to handle stress and manage multiple files with competing interests for time. Consistent accuracy and thoroughness in research, investigation and work product. Ability to identify problems in a timely manner, develop alternative solutions to resolve problems in early stages. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
