Must have an advanced degree (preferably a Ph.D.) in one of the physical sciences (e.g. physics, physical chemistry, etc). Extensive experience with technologies in one or more of the physical chemistry, semiconductor, nanotechnology, physics, solar energy and/or biological science areas is preferred. Registration to practice before the USPTO is a plus. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Biotech Patent Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the intellectual property field, including patent application preparation and prosecution, opinions and client counseling and a technical background in biology, biochemistry or a related field. An advanced technical degree is required. Must be registered or eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
