12/15/11 Cooley Opens Shanghai Office Cooley has opened a representative office in Shanghai. The Shanghai office will be headed by D. Bradley Peck and Patrick Loofbourrow, both of whom are the firm's corporate partners from San Diego. Peck works in corporate and securities law for technology and life science companies and his clients range from startups to publicly held corporations. Loofbourrow works with emerging life science and technology companies. The firm says that this was the first step it is taking in going international.
