05/24/11 Krasnow Chosen as 2011 Ward L. Quaal Pioneer Award Recipient Erwin G. Krasnow, president and owner of Garvey, Schubert and Barer, was selected to receive the 2011 Ward L. Quaal Pioneer Award presented each year by the Board of Directors of the Broadcasters Foundation of America. The award is given in honor of Ward L. Quaal, a well known and deeply respected broadcaster. Krasnow is an author and past senior vice present and general counsel of the National Association of Broadcasters. Garvey, Schubert and Barer is an international law firm with offices in Oregon, New York, Washington DC, Seattle and Beijing, China. It focuses on serving as outside counsel for various enterprises.
