The latest figures from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed a total of 1,100 legal job cuts in October, making it the sixth straight month of legal layoffs. November also started off badly with layoff reports from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, White & Case, and McKee Nelson, among many others.
