If you see yourself working in a firm as part of a team, you probably don't need to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). On the other hand, if you have more of an entrepreneurial streak in you and you can see yourself starting your own firm, you may find it advantageous to become a CPA so that you can further inspire potential clients to trust in you and your firm.
