Hatfield duo sets up a new shop in Mystic
Thomas A. Hatfield and Anne P. Hatfield set up a full service law firm with the moniker Hatfield Legal Group, LLC, in Mystic. The new law firm aims to provide legal assistance to clients throughout Connecticut and New England.
The firm will help Connecticut and Rhode Island clients in both domestic and international matters in areas including real estate; business & corporate law; contracts, wills and trusts; IP (patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets); employment law; and municipal law.
A licensed attorney in California and Connecticut, Thomas A. Hatfield is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has vast experience in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution; Business and Corporate Law; and Intellectual Property in both Los Angeles and Connecticut.

Milwaukee law firm to merge operations with Sheboygan firm
Milwaukee law firm O´Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong S.C. and Hopp Neumann Humke will merge operations on June 1. Nothing much will change post merger except the signboard for Hopp Neumann Humke. The firm´s Sheboygan location will serve as the office for the new merged entity.
Established in 1917, Hopp Neumann Humke is known for its municipal law practice. Besides, it also has expertise in corporate; real estate; construction; employment law; tax and estate planning; and litigation. Mike Bauer, managing attorney of the Sheboygan office, says the law firm is expanding its legal services available to its clients. He said that the firm´s attorneys will continue to offer services in the existing areas of practices, besides adding "extra services from the Milwaukee office." He stated all the lawyers from the prior firm will continue in the same setup.

"We can't stop them"...Queensland police feels powerless!
Once again, dames in soapsuds have made headlines. And this time it´s new scantily-clad car wash brigade in Brisbane. Even though Australian lawmakers bemoan, ´Bubbles 'n' Babes scrub car panes in Queensland, and are also doing a brisk business. The law protectors say they are powerless to control them. This nude car wash showing an X-rated sideshow and topless cleaning was set up by a strip-club owner in Brisbane. These babes, besides bubbles, also offer a pleasing service like topless car wash for AS$55 ($45) and a nude car wash with X-rated lap-dance service for AS$100! In Australia, professional car washes have become popular with the state banning washing own cars owing to tough water restrictions because of the drought. Some citizens were not amused, and they complained. Superintendent Colin Campbell, in an effort to scrub the police´s name off the affair, clarified that the wash is screened from public eye to avoid accidents and that it also adheres to the water use restrictions. The Queensland police is worried that their already dented reputation might take a nosedive for this raunchy incident. Lord Mayor Campbell Newman also informed other worried local lawmakers, "If it was approved for a car wash then I can´t imagine how we can stop them." And so, semi-clad babes continue to entertain owners of dirty cars by blowing bubbles in recycled water!
