Nachman & Associates, PC, has an office in New Jersey.
One major factor that allows the firm to realize this objective is the fact that 95% of its employment base is comprised of immigrants. Moreover, the firm prides itself on its innovation, as it constantly seeks new manners in which to approach the current immigration system, which further enhances its ability to successfully assist its clients.
David H. Nachman founded Nachman & Associates, PC, after working at the Law Offices of Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione in the business immigration law department as well as at the New Jersey-based Law Offices of Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, PC, in the corporate/business law department.
While at Gibbons Del Deo, he was involved in such precedent-setting cases as Berger v. Berger and Wolley v. Hoffman-LaRoche. As you may recall, Berger v. Berger involved the interpretation of a corollary of the New Jersey Business Corporation Act, and Wolley v. Hoffman-LaRoche involved the consequences of an employment handbook.
Nachman has served as State Department Liaison for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), has taught at Farleigh Dickinson University and at Bergen Community College, and has also published a number of articles on the topic of business and corporate immigration law.
In addition to his firm experience, Nachman has also been employed in the public sector. While working on his Bachelor of Science degree at Georgetown University, Nachman "[...] served as an Assistant Legislative Correspondent in the Office of Senator Bill Bradley on Capitol Hill. He also [later] served in the office of the United States Attorney in Cleveland."
Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, Nachman chose to stay near his home base when establishing his firm. Nachman & Associates' main office is located in New Jersey, and affiliate offices are located in New York, California, and Canada.
Nachman & Associates, PC, provides counsel and services to various groups in the business field, including organizations in the biotech, real estate, and healthcare industries. Additionally, besides the "hard" legal services traditionally offered by firms, Nachman & Associates also offers its clients "soft" services. Some of these "soft" services include assistance with the consular processing board, obtainment of Social Security cards and licenses for immigrants, and employment-verification programs for human resources personnel.
I like LawCrossing as it has a very userfriendly approach. Steven
