10/25/05 Jones Walker forms Katrina recovery team Jones Walker has formed a disaster-recovery team to support clients with their efforts to recover from Hurricane Katrina. The team assists in insurance coverage, tax incentives and abatement, employment law, corporate reorganization and bankruptcy, FEMA and federal disaster assistance, SBA business claims, environmental and clean-up, real estate, and construction. In addition, the firm has added three new attorneys: one in its Miami office; one in its Washington, DC, office; and one in its New Orleans office, which is reopening on October 17.
